To the attention of local authorities , Public Health Directorates, hospitals and other public authorities with the aim of implementing direct measures to improve health services, especially for vulnerable groups (maternal and child health, prevention of infectious diseases, for example, not limited to tuberculosis, hepatitis B and C, HIV/AIDS, COVID-19, prevention of non-communicable diseases), investments in preventive health and IT infrastructure, training and information and awareness campaigns.

Call worth 9 million euro open from today until January 4th , 2021!

The projects to be submitted will have values between 500,000 and 1 million euro.

Partnerships are encouraged with public or private legal entities from Romania and from donor states (public entities, NGO`s, private entities, etc).

During the open call period, the Ministry of Health as a Programme Operator, can provide potential applicants, upon request, with assistance services (information and clarifications). Potential applicant can send questions by e-mail to contactsee@ms.ro.

Update: 8 December

The changes to Applicant Guide are the following:

• to extend with 1 month the deadline of submission of the applications, i.e. 04th of February 2021;
• to clearly mention the possibility for PPs to purchase mobile facilities in order to improve the access to healthcare services (ex. ambulances, caravans and mobile cabinets/labs made from containers or other materials);
• reformulation of annexes 2, 4 and 5 to Applicant Guide for extending the eligibility of the renovation works;
