Call for proposals for "Restoration of wetlands and peatlands"

 A new open call in the field of environment starting today!

3.5 million euro for project proposals under the call managed by the Ministry of environment - Romania "Restoration of wetlands and peatlands".

Any public or private entity, commercial or non-commercial and non-governmental organization may participate.

A maximum of 4 projects will be financed, aiming at the restoration of a number of 45 peatlands grouped in four regions, respectively North-East Region 1, North-East Region 2 (Suceava and Botosani counties), Center region (Covasna and Harghita), and the North-West Region (Bihor, Maramures, Bistrita-Nasaud, Salaj, Mures and Buzau counties) .

Deadline for submission of applications is extended until 31 March 2021 at 17:00 (Romania time).
