Informative sessions for the potential applicants - Active Citizens Fund

The Foundation for the Development of Civil Society, in association with the Partnership  Foundation, the Resource Center for the Roma Communities, the Pact Foundation and Frivillighet Norge, organise together for the Active Citizenship Found Programme in Romania, 4 informative sessions for the interested parties/potential partners through the open calls.

These will have structure and similar presentations and the goal is to grant the access of a larger number of participants in the country. Every participant can choose one of the four locations available:

• 27th of January 2020 Bucharest, deadline for submission of the request for participation is 21st of January in the form available HERE
• 30th of January 2020 Iaşi,  deadline for submission of the request for participation is 27th of January 2020 in the form available HERE
• 4th of February 2020 Craiova, deadline for submission of the request for participation is  29th of January 2020 in the form available HERE
• 11th of February 2020 Cluj-Napoca, deadline for submission of the request for participation is 5th of February 2020 in the form available here HERE

These four sessions will take place between 10.00 and 16.00 hours, with the following themes of discussion:

• General presentation of the Active Citizens Fund in Romania;
• Calls for proposals;
• Budget and eligible costs;
• Application and evaluation procedure;
• Q&A session.

Through these events, dedicated sessions will take place for the Small Organisations (the important sections of the financing application, ways of filling out a form and avoiding the frequent mistakes) and Partnership (|added value of the national and bilateral partnerships). Giving the fact that these sessions will take place in the same time, we recomend to the small organisations to participate with a maximum number of two.
