Call for proposals – Cultural entrepreneurship enhanced & larger audience developed

RO-CULTURE Programme is financed through the EEA Grants 2014-2021 and aims at strengthening social and economic development through cultural cooperation, cultural entrepreneurship and cultural heritage management.

This call for proposals will contribute to the achievement of Outcome 2 - Access to culture increased, Outputs 2.1 – Cultural entrepreneurship enhanced and 2.2 - Larger audience developed, as well as Bilateral Output 2 - International cultural cooperation in the field of contemporary arts supported.

At least 50% of the financial allocation for the present call will be granted to projects implemented in partnership with entities from the Donor States.

The total amount allocated to this call for projects is 2,500,000 Eur.

The eligible grant amount per project is between 50,000 Eur and 200,000 Eur, representing:

  • 100% of the total eligible costs of the project, for projects implemented by public cultural institutions, as beneficiaries of the de minimis aid.
  • 90% of the total eligible costs of the project, for projects implemented by non-governmental organizations (NGOs) or commercial enterprises/ cooperative enterprises, as beneficiaries of the de minimis aid.

Under this call for proposals, projects or activities fall under the provisions of the de minimis aid scheme approved by the Competition Council.
