We are happy to share the success story behind the closure of the temporary waste landfill in Suceava. How did it all begin? Between 2014 and 2019, over 420,000 cubic meters of waste from Suceava were deposited in Ipotești, a landfill located 2 km from the city and 250 meters from the Suceava River.

We have news of interest for both nature lovers and those who seek rare and precious moments when rare species make their appearance on Romanian territory! The good news is especially directed towards bird enthusiasts! A camera installed in the Molhașu Călățele bog (Cluj-Napoca county) has captured footage of a black stork! Scientifically named Ciconia nigra, this species is very rare in Romania, only present during the breeding seasons.
